Dra. Andi is registered with the Professional Regulation Commission.
Her practice is built around the parts of medicine that too often get rushed: actually hearing the whole story, explaining what a result means in plain language, and making sure you leave the consultation knowing exactly what happens next.
Consultations run on video or phone, whichever you are more comfortable with. If something needs hands-on examination or urgent attention, she will tell you plainly and point you to the right care.
The platform
Ask Dra. Andi is an online telehealth service operated by Dra. Andi, MD, a physician licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines. It lets patients anywhere in the country consult a real doctor without travelling to a clinic.
Patients create a free account to book a consultation, complete a short medical intake form, meet Dra. Andi by video, and receive prescriptions, laboratory requests and medical certificates as signed PDFs.
You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with your Google account. Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture, which we use to create your patient record and send your booking confirmations and documents.
We never read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files. Your medical information is confidential and handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) — see our privacy policy and terms of service.
FAQ
Yes. Dra. Andi is a licensed physician in the Philippines, and telemedicine consultations are recognised under DOH–DOH Administrative Order guidance and PMA telemedicine guidelines. You receive the same clinical assessment you would in a clinic, and you will be referred for in-person care whenever a physical examination is necessary.
Anything requiring a physical examination, imaging, or urgent intervention — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, major injuries, or psychiatric emergencies. In those cases go to the nearest emergency room straight away.
Yes. In the Philippines, electronic prescriptions (e-resetas) are legally recognized and treated as equivalent to traditional paper prescriptions under Food and Drug Administration guidelines (such as FDA Circular No. 2020-037), provided they comply with the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000. Licensed pharmacies and drugstores are mandated to honor valid electronic prescriptions sent via secure digital means.
Bank transfer or QR code. After booking you will see the payment details and can upload your proof of payment — your slot is confirmed once it is verified.
You can move your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts, and an unpaid appointment can be cancelled any time. Cancelling a paid appointment goes through a support ticket rather than being self-service — refunds through PayMongo have its 2.5% processing fee deducted, since that is kept by PayMongo either way; a bank-transfer payment is refunded in full.
